Eco-Shift Power Corp. (OTCBB: ECOP) Sun Industries Wins 2015 National Lighting Audit and Development Contract With Top National Retailer

CAMBRIDGE, ON--(Marketwired - November 12, 2014) - Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCBB: ECOP) -- ECOP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sun & Sun Industries Inc. ("Sun Industries"), has been awarded a contract with a Fortune 500 National Retailer to perform nationwide lighting audits of over 100 locations with the intent to award a subsequent lighting retrofit project in the first quarter of 2015. This is the sixth year of a working relationship with the organization, helping them move forward with their sustainability agenda while simultaneously creating an attractive store atmosphere for their customers.

The project consists of department store lighting audits throughout the United States that will be completed in less than two months, with the first audits starting in January, 2015. Sun Industries will provide design-build services to maximize energy savings, resolve lighting quality issues, and engineer lighting solutions that will provide maintenance free operation. Based on Sun Industries' experience working with the client, the average cost to implement the lighting retrofit projects will be over $650,000. The total estimated energy savings will be a minimum of $145,000 per year.

Sun Industries will be completing lighting audits throughout all areas of the selected department stores. Special care is taken to document track lighting as it is important in highlighting retail displays and merchandise. In addition, Sun Industries will identify "back of house" areas where the installation of occupancy sensors would increase energy saving potential. Finally, Sun Industries will assess the condition of the existing fixtures and lenses to provide recommendations for cleaning or replacing them to enhance the appearance of the store.

Sun Industries specializes in supporting large scale clients with a nationally distributed portfolio of buildings. A combination of competitive pricing, a full suite of design-build lighting retrofit services, and the ability to simultaneously serve multiple locations sets Sun Industries apart from their competition. Sun Industries utilizes in-house Project Managers with extensive experience creating route based auditing and installation programs. A mastery of the labor component of in-field lighting measures, coupled with a thorough understanding of the costs of a mobile installation team, ensures accurate estimations and minimizes changes during construction. With the ability to capture and clearly communicate audit data in real-time to a centralized lighting development team, Sun Industries can provide a host of lighting specifications that are ultimately implemented by the installation team. Lastly, drawing on a strong set of protocols and the use of industry best practices, Sun Industries can manage multiple sites while ensuring each site is completed to the client's satisfaction.

Sun Industries has a long history and a strong track record delivering route based design-build lighting projects. National rollouts for various retail locations, office properties, and restaurant chains have been managed and implemented by Sun Industries. A strong base of repeat customers continues to award contracts to Sun Industries because of in-house value added design-build capabilities and demonstrated success.
