Eco-Shift Power Corp. (OTCQB: ECOP) Announces an Agreement to Retrofit Parmalat Warehouse Facilities in Mitchell, Southwestern Ontario, Canada

CAMBRIDGE, ON--(Marketwired - September 23, 2014) - Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCQB: ECOP), one of Canada's leading energy management and lighting firms, has signed a contract with Parmalat Canada Inc. to retrofit one of their warehouse facilities in Mitchell, Ontario with ECOP's NetZero Certified LED T8 4 ft. linear tubes.

A total of 315 T12 and T5 fluorescent fixtures will be retrofitted and installed by ECOP with new Highly Efficient 24W LED Tubes capable of 50,000+ hours (L70) and equipped with motion sensing capabilities that can be controlled by ECOP's Proprietary Light Management System. The warehouse facility retrofit near Toronto, Ontario will result in an impressive financial energy savings of 68%. The annual energy savings are forecasted to be 276,192. kWh, which translates to $38,667/year in cost reductions. This is extremely impressive considering the relatively low electricity rate of 0.14 ¢/kWh in Ontario. The project has an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 122.36% allowing ECOP to guarantee that the project will become cash flow positive in 1.3 years.

Parmalat, a subsidiary company of the French group Lactalis, is a multinational Italian dairy and food corporation with a global presence, having operations in Europe, Latin America, North America, Australia, China and South Africa. In its entirety, Parmalat consists of nearly 140 production centres employing more than 36,000 people. The Parmalat manufacturing plant in Mitchell is pleased to be the first production center to utilize ECOP's low cost, high efficiency lights that are available with cloud based wireless management.
