Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCQB: ECOP) Announces New Management Team Including the Appointment of Alistair Haughton as CEO

CAMBRIDGE, ON--(Marketwired - February 05, 2015) - Eco-Shift Power Corp. (OTCQB: ECOP), one of North America's leading energy management and lighting firms, with offices in Ontario, California and Texas, announces a new management team as part of the company's growth strategy and transition to becoming an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Alistair Haughton, former CEO and founding partner of Waste to Energy Canada and holder of a number of executive management and consultancy positions, was appointed as ECOP's new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ken Slockbower, former Vice President of Operations for Sun Industries with 25 years of experience in distribution and high efficiency lighting and energy management, was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO). Lastly, Steven Wong, a proven business development leader at Sun industries with the delivery of over $60MM in energy efficient lighting and control projects, was appointed Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO).

Alistair Haughton's appointment brings more than 30 years of management and executive level experience. Alistair's experience includes successful postings as Strategic Business Manager, COO, CEO and Managing Director of multiple public and private companies. This includes the Norwegian multi-national Cermaq Group, Canadian operations, where he managed the successful and profitable restructuring of operations with annual sales in excess of $400M, over 400 employees, and numerous contractual outsourced entities.

Kenneth Slockbower, now appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO), brings 25 years of experience in distribution and high efficiency lighting and energy management. Having directly managed over $300MM in large-scale and highly-complex design built energy efficient lighting projects, his advancement to the COO function will ensure that ECOP is able to deliver on an increasing number of large scale projects. Ken's attention to detail and focus on customer needs and satisfaction will be a continued asset to the company. Ken will also be leveraging his experience and contacts in product distribution to open up new distribution channels for ECOP's OEM products. Steven Wong's recent promotion to the position of CBDO will further his ability to provide exceptional value to customers, while leading ECOP into new markets. His demonstrated success in the fields of project development and direct sales, garnering over $60MM in energy efficient lighting and control projects, make him an ideal fit for the role. Steven has the perfect blend of strong technical skills, market insights and people skills needed to drive new business. Steven now works directly with a variety of customers including Energy Service Companies, MUSH market clients (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, and Hospitals) and national commercial entities.
