Eco-Shift Power Corp. (OTCQB: ECOP) is Awarded Large Scale Pilot Phase of Energy Efficient Lighting and Controls Project at Lynwood Unified School District

CAMBRIDGE, ON--(Marketwired - November 04, 2014) - Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCQB: ECOP) ECOP's wholly-owned subsidiary, Sun & Sun Industries Inc. ("Sun Industries"), has been awarded through Ameresco, the pilot phase of a design-build energy efficient lighting and controls project at the Lynwood Unified School District (USD). This is Sun Industries' first project with Ameresco, based in Framingham, Massachusetts and one of the largest projects tasked to Sun in recent years. In total, the project requires the installation of over 4,500 fixtures as well as a number of control products which will make it one of the largest projects in terms of revenue awarded to Sun Industries in recent years.

Sun Industries will be implementing comprehensive site wide energy efficient lighting and control measures in the District Office, Lindbergh Elementary School, and Will Rogers Elementary School. The total projected annual energy savings is over 595,000 kilowatt hours resulting in a utility bill savings of over $81,000 per year. All linear fluorescent, compact fluorescent, HID, and incandescent fixtures will be retrofit or replaced with LED technologies. The specified energy efficiency measures include a retrofit of all interior 2x4 fluorescent troffers with new volumetric LED retrofit kits, replacement of inefficient linear fluorescent fixtures with new LED fixtures, and replacement of exterior HID fixtures with new LED pole and wall mounted fixtures.

In addition, Sun Industries will be installing an advanced lighting management system capable of granular control of individual fixtures that respond to signals from a desktop PC, wall dimmer, photocell, or local occupancy sensor. Energy savings will be provided in real-time to the centralized desktop PC control, verifying the proposed energy savings calculations and providing information on where improvements can be made.

"The combination of replacing and retrofitting the existing system with highly efficient LED technology, coupled with an advanced lighting controls system, provides the complete package for Lynwood USD" states Steven Wong, Sun Industries' National Account Manager. "Reduced maintenance, increased energy savings, better lighting quality, and practical energy usage information are just some of the aspects Lynwood Unified School District has to look forward to in partnering with Ameresco and Sun Industries" continues Wong.

Ameresco, the Energy Service Company (ESCO) together with Sun Industries, helps organizations meet energy savings and energy management challenges with an integrated comprehensive approach to energy efficiency and renewable energy. Leveraging budget neutral solutions like Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) Ameresco eliminates many financial barriers that traditionally hamper energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.

Sun Industries has extensive experience in working with ESCOs throughout North America and, over the past 20+ years, has been awarded projects by a number of leading ESCOs, most notably, companies like McKinstry, NORESCO, Johnson Controls, and Siemens.

Headquartered in Santa Ana, California, Sun Industries is a diversified design-build lighting retrofit and energy management company with extensive experience in completing complex large-scale (+$250k) projects throughout major North American markets including California, Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico. Sun Industries demonstrates clear advantages through a growing US market share, impeccable brand & reputation, and a world class executive team/project management approach that continuously delivers excellent results for big name clients.
