Eco-Shift Power Corp (OTCQB: ECOP) Signs Agency Agreement With A+ Group for England and Wales for a Minimum of 15,000 Fixtures in 2015

CAMBRIDGE, ON--(Marketwired - February 11, 2015) - Eco-Shift Power (OTCQB: ECOP), one of Canada's leading energy management and lighting firms, announced today the signing of a Sales Agency Agreement with the A+ Group -- the UK's foremost lighting and energy management specialists.

The Agreement includes a sales target of 100,000 ECOP LED fixtures in 2015, with a minimum purchase order of 15,000 fixtures. The minimum order is based on the A+ Group's confidence in ECOP's LED technologies and Radium - Wireless Light Management System.

Jason Kee, Trade Commissioner from Canada's High Commission in London was integral to brokering the Agreement and continues to provide support for ECOP's expansion into the UK market. ECOP was recently shortlisted in the Canada Innovation Competition, and as a result, ECOP's products will be featured at the Canada Innovation Showcase at Ecobuild (www.ecobuild.co.uk) in London from March 3-5th, 2015.

"The A+ Group's deep expertise, market share and ever expanding blue chip client roster was a compelling reason for us to sign with them," said Eco-Shift Power's CEO Alistair Haughton, "London Underground, Intu and Lafarge/Tarmac have incredibly rigorous procurement protocols so A+ Group's success working with them is impressive."

"That's exactly the calibre of performance ECOP seeks for sales and installations of our LED lighting fixtures in England and Wales," continues Haughton, "Providing high efficiency LED lighting managed via our Radium energy management capability is core to our success in this robust market."

"Significant client savings, with the payback periods generally less than two years is the goal," comments A+ Group Managing Director, Martin Roche. "In addition to reducing energy costs our clients also reduce greenhouse gas emissions and can meet corporate sustainability objectives."

Signed at the London headquarters of A+ Group's client Intu the two companies shared an information exchange and discussion together with Jason Kee, Trade Commissioner from Canada's High Commission in London. Intu have a long track record of driving in energy efficiency and driving out energy costs as part of its sector-leading sustainable property management process.

Via a streamlined survey process A+ Group clients receive a high efficiency lighting proposal. This high-tech commercial lighting information engages clients and provides clear indications of savings and improved optical clarity for lighting.

Eco-Shift Power and A+ Group help clients transition to bright new Sharp lighting technology, leveraging a foundation in LED lighting and wireless & web-enabled technologies.
