Ecoloclean Industries -- Electrocoagulation Units Exceeding Operational Projections

CRYSTAL CITY, TX--(Marketwire - August 29, 2007) - Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ECCI) announced today that Electrocoagulation Units are exceeding operational projections at the Crofty mine site in the United Kingdom. The Company also reached an agreement to provide an additional Electrocoagulation Unit for the Southwest Water Works in Exeter, England. The unit will treat sewage effluents that are currently processed using ultraviolet light or "UV."

According to Tony Millington, Chairman of Sivex Ltd, "Our work in partnership with Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. is currently exceeding operational expectations. We are achieving a higher and faster level of contaminated materials processing at the site. This level of performance has presented Sivex/Ecoloclean with a number of positive opportunities over and above our present workload including the agreement to place a unit at the Waterworks at Exeter. We anticipate the announcement of several additional agreements and contracts within the next business quarter."

Additional Electrocoagulation Units have been completed and are currently being shipped to England. Mr. Royis Ward, President and CEO, stated today that that Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. has funded the manufacturing of multiple Electrocoagulation Units in anticipation of an expanding market in the UK and around the globe for Ecoloclean Industries, Inc. "We could not be more pleased with our partners at Sivex and the revenues these contracts will generate. We are also realizing improved results in manufacturing and costs under the direction of Jerry Inman, our Vice President of R&D. Jerry is delivering additional units faster and more efficiently than any of us thought was possible. This is happening as data is being generated at the work sites and increased purchases are driving down costs. Once we add additional contracts and operations, these benefits will create more value for our customers and even greater return for our shareholders."
