Ecoprogress Expands to South America, Europe

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 3, 2005) - Consolidated Ecoprogress Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CES) -

Consolidated Ecoprogress Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the Company has reached an agreement with JAM S.A.L., a newly formed company based in Argentina, South America, to act as a Broker for Flushaway brand feminine hygiene products. Flushaway is the world's first and only line of flushable, biodegradable feminine hygiene products.

The agreement will permit JAM S.A.L. to leverage the personal knowledge of its principals within Argentina as well as Chile and Uruguay to develop sales distribution channels for Flushaway brand products. Under the agreement, JAM S.A.L. are also permitted to identify, qualify and engage distributors through their contacts in France, Spain and Portugal to establish a network of distributors within those counties.

"We're pleased to see our global marketing program continue to move forward. The interest shown by groups such as JAM S.A.L. is a key indicator of product acceptance. The impact of plastic products on municipal waste streams is a growing problem. Flushaway is the first of a number of products from Ecoprogress that offer significant consumer benefits combined with critical biodegradability," said John Banks, Ecoporgress' president.

Flushaway are currently available in 1,700 Wal-Mart stores throughout the Unites States. They are also soon to be available in South Africa in Clix and Pick 'n Pay stores. They are also on their way to the United States Marine Corps worldwide.

Ecoprogress is diligently working on becoming a lead player in environmentally friendly, absorbent and plastic replacement products. Its first branded product, Flushaway, provides women with the choice of a flushable feminine hygiene product that, after disposal, biodegrades in 28 days.
