Ecoprogress Orders Test Roll of New Flushable Film

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 22, 2005) - Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CES) is pleased to announce that it has placed an order for a new flushable film it plans to use as a replacement of the current polyvinyl alcohol based film.

The new film is a 'synthetic paper' that retains the flushable characteristics necessary for use in a Flushaway product. The Company believes it will achieve a similar biodegradable standard to its existing product.

Initial estimates suggest the new B9-c film will significantly reduce film costs, increase scalability, improve machinability and retain good functional performance. When used in the Flushaway feminine hygiene range it should reduce the cost of goods by 15% to 20%.

Modest samples of B9-c have undergone preliminary testing and initial results look good. Although some improvement is needed before its use within the Flushaway brand Ecoprogress is working on a new line of products that will use the existing version of B9-c. The Company hopes to make a further announcement on this within a few months.

Flushaway™; as advertised in Western Grocer Magazine.

Ecoprogress is diligently working on becoming a lead player in environmentally friendly, absorbent and 'plastic replacement' products. Its first branded product, Flushaway™, provides women with a flushable feminine hygiene alternative product that, after disposal biodegrades in 28 days.
