Ecoprogress Reaches New Distribution Agreement with Dr. Fresh

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 15, 2005) - Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CES) is pleased to announce a new non-exclusive sales and distribution agreement that guarantees minimum Flushaway sales of US$1 million over the coming 12 months to US distributor Dr. Fresh.

Under the terms of the agreement Dr. Fresh will expand Flushaway sales to a number of new top tier retailers. In Addition, Dr. Fresh will invest a minimum US$750k in advertising and marketing over the life of this 6 year agreement with US$250k in the first year.

In exchange Ecoprogress will issue up to 5.0 million shares at a deemed price of $0.145 over the next 12 months. In addition, at no point in time will the Dr. Fresh equity holdings exceed 10 per cent of the Company's issued and outstanding share capital. The agreement is subject to final regulatory approval.

Dr. Fresh is the Company's US distributor for a current 1,700 of Wal Mart's 3,500 US stores.

According to Consolidated Ecprogress president and CEO John Banks, "This agreement sets the foundation an expansion of operations both domestically in North America and around the world. Not only does this immediately contribute to top line performance it also represents a significant opportunity to leverage the Company's existing brand properties and organization in a more rapid and aggressive deployment going forward."

Consolidated Ecoprogress makes Flushaways-the world's first and only line of flushable, biodegradable feomnine hygiene products. Flushaways are currently available in 1,700 Wal Mart stores throughout the Unites States and in South Africa in Clix and Pick 'n Pay stores. They are also now in use by the United States Marine Corps worldwide and are soon to be available in more than 3,000 convenience stores in California.

Ecoprogress is diligently working on becoming a lead player in environmentally friendly, absorbent and 'plastic replacement' products. Its first branded product, flushaway, provides women with a flushable feminine hygiene alternative product that, after disposal biodegrades in 28 days.
