Ecoprogress Receives Second Order from US Marines

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 26, 2005) - Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CES) -

Mr. John Banks reports:

Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. is pleased to announce a second order from The Company's US distributor SPD for use by the United States Marine Corps.

The order, effective immediately provides for the sale and distribution of Flushaway brand flushable biodegradable feminine hygiene retail shelf display units and convenience packs, to Marines worldwide. Each shelf display unit holds 12 convenience packs comprised of one fem-hy napkin and one liner. The units have been designed for retail counter top placement.

This order was received under SPD's distribution contract signed in the first half of 2005. This is the second order from the US Government-a significant part of The Company's growing, global marketing program.

"We're pleased the US Marine Corps has chosen our product for use world wide. This demonstrates that Flushaways can perform under the toughest conditions, providing real convenience and ecological benefits. We look forward to growing sales with the Marines and other US Government agencies," said John Banks, Ecoprogress' president.

Flushaways are currently available in 1,700 Wal Mart stores throughout the Unites States and soon will be in South Africa in Clicks and Pick 'n Pay stores.

The Agreement with SPD covers a range of outlets in the United States including government agencies, convenience stores, and select grocery/pharmaceutical combination stores. The agreement provides Ecoprogress with an anticipated growing revenue stream over the life of the agreement. SPD is an American distributor serving a number of retail consumer goods channels.

Ecoprogress is diligently working on becoming a lead player in environmentally friendly, absorbent and plastic replacement products. Its first branded product, Flushaway, provides women with the choice of a flushable feminine hygiene product that, after disposal, biodegrades in 28 days.
