Ecoprogress Receives South African Order

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 21, 2005) - Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CES) -

Mr John Banks reports:

Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. is pleased to announce an initial order from its South African distributor Envirostar.

The order includes a full range of Flushaway products including 12-pack pads, 16-pack liners, Combo Packs containing 6 liners and 4 pads, retail point-of-purchase display systems, and newly-designed retail counter top displays with mini-packs. The order is valued at US$40,000.

This is the first purchase order received under Envirostar's Sales & Distribution contract signed in May 2005. It marks the first ever sale of Flushaway to Africa-a significant part of The Company's growing, global marketing program. The order brings to three the number of active distributors of Flushaway. In addition, The Company currently acts as its own distributor in Canada.

The Agreement with Envirostar covers a territory including South Africa, Namibia, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Swaziland and Botswana. The three-year agreement provides Ecoprogress with minimum revenue of US$275,000 over a twelve-month period. Ecoprogress expects annual sales to Envirostar to increase each subsequent year.

Envirostar is a South African company based in Johannesburg that focuses on distributing eco-friendly products to the South African market. Envirostar has been working on building awareness of Flushaway for the last two years through their relationships with large chain stores such as Pick 'n Pay, Hypermarket and Clicks.

Flushaway: as featured in Western Grocer Magazine and Cosmopolitan Magazine SA.

Ecoprogress is diligently working on becoming a lead player in environmentally friendly, absorbent and "plastic replacement" products. Its first branded product, Flushaway, provides women with the choice of a flushable feminine hygiene product that, after disposal biodegrades in 28 days.
