Ecosphere Technologies Featured in Oklahoman Newspaper -- Former NFL Quarterback Drew Bledsoe Interviewed

STUART, FL--(Marketwire - April 27, 2009) - On Sunday, April 26th, "The Oklahoman" published a story titled: "Technology takes dirty water to clean" which addresses Ecosphere Technologies, Inc.'s (OTCBB: ESPH) work over the past 5 months with a major Houston-based energy company in the Woodford Shale area of Oklahoma.

According to the article: The Oklahoma Corporation Commission members will visit Coal County, Oklahoma on Tuesday, April 28 at the request of the Houston-based energy company to get a first-hand look at Ecosphere's technology.

Former NFL quarterback Drew Bledsoe was interviewed and stated in the article: "Essentially, Ecosphere's Ozonix process has the ability to take millions of gallons of dirty water and turn it into clean water." Bledsoe is the principal of Bledsoe Capital Group, the financial backers of a plan to develop the Ecosphere Ozonix technology for use by the oil and gas exploration industry.

"It will be an honor for Drew and I to attend this demonstration with the OCC on Tuesday. It makes all the difference in the world when you see this technology in action. When you stand next to the mobile unit and you feel the power of the machine, it makes the hair on the back of your neck stand straight up, watching black water come in and crystal clear water come out; it is truly amazing," said Chad Wold, partner and general counsel of Bledsoe Capital Group.
