eCredit Rolls Out Enterprise Edition for Continental Airlines

eCredit Software and Credit Reports Speed Commercial Credit Approval Process for World's Sixth-Largest Airline

DEDHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 29, 2005 -- eCredit, a leading provider of online solutions for credit and collections professionals, today announced that Continental Airlines is live on eCredit Enterprise Edition for commercial credit request processing. Continental's eCredit implementation will enable the company to improve levels of customer service for commercial accounts by accelerating the credit decision process.

Continental Airlines will leverage eCredit's ability to draw credit data from multiple databases to create cost savings by eliminating redundant data procurement and guaranteeing that credit decisions are made using the most complete information available. This will ensure consistent and efficient management of Continental's full range of commercial credit requests, from automated lower value transactions to high-margin applications requiring detailed risk analysis. Additionally, eCredit will be used to perform thorough financial analysis of the Continental commercial customer base, allowing for detailed segmentation into portfolios by customer industry, geography, and size.

"Thanks to eCredit, we are now able to focus on a high priority: providing quick credit decisions to our commercial customers," said Shen Liang, Managing Director Receivables and Recoveries, Continental Airlines. "Going live with eCredit Enterprise Edition is an integral step in helping us reach our goal of creating a real-time credit approval system to service our commercial operations. eCredit will help us decrease bad debt losses and further reduce risks in our portfolio."

"We are pleased to see leading companies like Continental realize the benefits of automating the credit approval process with eCredit Enterprise Edition and lowering overall risk with our industry-specific credit reports," said Jeff Dickerson, eCredit President and CEO. "By helping to streamline their credit operations, we allow companies to achieve and exceed both internal and external corporate benchmarks for efficient and effective operations, engineering top-line revenue growth even in today's challenging environment."
