    custom reports in no more than five steps. By granting users even more
    access to the database, eCredit lets credit and collections professionals
    create unlimited reports across multiple parameters to determine what
    information is most critical and how that information should be displayed.
--  User-Defined Scorecards: With eCredit's enhanced scorecard maintenance
    functionality, credit managers are empowered to create and maintain
    scorecards to automate and quantify the manual credit analysis process.
    This can all be done on-the-fly, as needed and when needed.
--  Personalized Home Page: eCredit now provides the individual credit and
    collections professional with tools to easily customize his or her own home
    page. Users can choose to display valuable information such as a watch list
    of accounts, the day's tasks, and trend information, and thus can see what
    is most important upon first logging into the application.
--  Enhanced User Interface Customization: This latest version increases
    the flexibility of the application by providing eCredit customers more
    tools to build screens that fit the needs of their unique business.
    Subscribers will be empowered to configure labels, change field locations,
    assign default values, and decide which fields to include and exclude and
    which to make mandatory. All of this can be accomplished in an on-demand
