eCredit Winter Release 2006 Further Empowers Credit and Collections Managers

Latest Release From Leading Credit and Collections Solution Provider Eliminates the Need for Costly Customization and IT Projects Found in Traditional Software

DEDHAM, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 1, 2005 -- eCredit, the leading provider of online solutions for credit and collections professionals, today announced the eCredit Winter Release 2006. Designed specifically to give credit and collections professionals even better and faster access to mission-critical information, this latest release of eCredit's award-winning software will increase the efficiency with which customers can create customized reports, edit scorecards, and modify screens to meet the needs of their particular business.

Unlike traditional software, the Winter 2006 release from eCredit gives the end user the ability to easily customize the application by building a personalized home page or creating reports, without having to wait in line for scarce corporate IT resources. These powerful new features build on what is already a flexible application and promise to streamline the credit and collections professional's workload, making it easier for credit managers in companies of any size, in any industry, to collect, organize, and communicate their analysis.

Existing eCredit customers are very enthusiastic about the benefits the new features will bring. "Given the rapid growth our business is experiencing, eCredit's new reporting module will help us more effectively manage the challenges posed by the resulting flood of account information," said David Schier, Credit Manager, Jacobus Energy. "We will be able to create an unlimited number of reports allowing us to analyze our data the way we want to see it using only those elements that we feel are critical for making our business decisions."

New Features in the eCredit Winter Release 2006 Include:

-- User-Defined Reporting: Building on eCredit's existing reporting
module, the latest version makes it easier for users to create their own
custom reports in no more than five steps. By granting users even more
access to the database, eCredit lets credit and collections professionals
create unlimited reports across multiple parameters to determine what
information is most critical and how that information should be displayed.
-- User-Defined Scorecards: With eCredit's enhanced scorecard maintenance
functionality, credit managers are empowered to create and maintain
scorecards to automate and quantify the manual credit analysis process.
This can all be done on-the-fly, as needed and when needed.
-- Personalized Home Page: eCredit now provides the individual credit and
collections professional with tools to easily customize his or her own home
page. Users can choose to display valuable information such as a watch list
of accounts, the day's tasks, and trend information, and thus can see what
is most important upon first logging into the application.
-- Enhanced User Interface Customization: This latest version increases
the flexibility of the application by providing eCredit customers more
tools to build screens that fit the needs of their unique business.
Subscribers will be empowered to configure labels, change field locations,
assign default values, and decide which fields to include and exclude and
which to make mandatory. All of this can be accomplished in an on-demand
environment, meaning changes are available instantly.
"As we continue our efforts to deliver the most flexible and user-centric credit and collections solution in the marketplace, we are pleased to announce the eCredit Winter Release," said Jeff Dickerson, eCredit President and CEO. "These product enhancements will put even more power in the hands of credit and collections professionals to manage their own activities. Even better, our on-demand delivery model means that they can take advantage of the new features without going through a lengthy IT project."
