As Web-based applications become richer in functionality users will inevitably need assistance, making quick access to help even more important. By providing users with the knowledge they need at their fingertips, the results include reductions in training time and technical support costs, while improving performance and productivity. Studies show this level of functionality can reduce training costs by up to 200% by connecting system documentation and user's manuals with users who need to quickly locate the information they need to operate proficiently.

Search term results are displayed as highlighted text to present a clear path to find the information they need. Furthermore, the Online Help documentation doesn't have to be limited to application specific information, but can also include business process guidelines.
