Ed Bernstein Joins AdEx Board of Directors

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwire - July 17, 2008) - AdEx Media Inc. (OTCBB: ADXM), a leading performance driven online marketing company, has announced today that Ed Bernstein has joined its Board of Directors.

The appointment of Mr. Bernstein brings valuable industry and management expertise to the AdEx Media Board of Directors. Mr. Bernstein has a successful 25-year track record in founding, financing and growing consumer technology and entertainment companies. He has raised over $60 million in private capital working with a variety of venture capital and strategic investors, including US Venture Partners, Softbank (now Mobius) Venture Capital, Steamboat Ventures (the funding arm of the Walt Disney Company), Canaan Partners, El Dorado Ventures, Scripps Ventures, EM Ventures, Sun Microsystems and Epson America.

Currently, Mr. Bernstein is CEO and director of Propell Corporation, a digital photo products and services company. Prior to Propell Corporation, Mr. Bernstein was a partner in Creekside LLC, a private technology consulting company, and was also a co-founder of both PhotoTLC, Inc. and Palladium Interactive, Inc. Mr. Bernstein was also an officer of Broderbund Software, Inc., and The Software Toolworks, Inc. (later renamed Mindscape, Inc.). In addition to his role as CEO and director of Propell Corporation, he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Silverstar Holdings Ltd., a publicly traded publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software.
