eDiscovery Industry Veteran Carol Purcell Joins Xact Data Discovery Executive Team

MISSION, KS--(Marketwired - Nov 17, 2016) - Xact Data Discovery (XDD), a leading international provider of eDiscovery, data management and managed review services for law firms and corporations, announced today that industry veteran Carol Purcell is the company's new regional vice president of client engagements. As a member of XDD's leadership team, Purcell will help to support technology services and business relationships with key clients, working closely with project management teams to optimize eDiscovery projects, client relationships and results.

Purcell joins XDD with extensive legal industry experience, starting at the chemical company Arkema, where as a paralegal she also managed Arkema's in-house document review teams. After finishing law school, Ms. Purcell joined AlphaLit, which later merged with LDiscovery. There Purcell served as a project manager, staff attorney and then director of project management, where she successfully oversaw large teams of project managers during an extensive period of company growth. Purcell joined Endo Pharmaceuticals as its eDiscovery manager in 2015, working with outside counsel, vendors and internal stakeholders to improve Endo's eDiscovery operations.

XDD recently created the position filled by Purcell in response to the company's record growth and increasing number of large projects that require both a personal touch and a keen understanding of eDiscovery tools and processes to ensure clear communication with each client.
