Edmonton Tourism Information Centre Opens June 21

Jasper Avenue neighbourhood block party celebrates milestone

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 18, 2013) - Join Edmonton Tourism for the opening of its new welcome centre, followed by a neighbourhood block party to mark the Shaw Conference Centre's 30th anniversary.

Shaw Conference Centre neighbourhood block party

Block party highlights include:
- festival entertainers
- public tours of the Shaw Conference Centre and CKUA Radio building
- Edmonton's favourite food trucks
- new public art installations.

Note: Jasper Avenue will be closed to traffic between 930 am and 330 pm.
