Discover One Runner's View of Edmonton, Alberta Attractions While Jogging the Natural Trails of the River Valley, the Newest in Series of Videos Released by Edmonton Tourism

A new Edmonton Tourism video follows a runner through the beautiful winding trails of the Edmonton River Valley. Fitness enthusiasts and nature lovers will enjoy this journey through the picturesque landscape, seeing the many attractions the river valley has to offer.

In collaboration with Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Victoria School of the Arts and Edmonton Tourism, this exciting new series of Edmonton, Alberta videos captures the students' point of view on their city as the ultimate Canadian tourist destination.

Join this student's adventure as he runs along lush green trails of the Edmonton River Valley, gazes at the downtown Edmonton Skyline, soaks in the tranquil atmosphere of Hawrelak Park, and discovers the beauty of the Muttart Conservatory and the Alberta Legislature Building.

Visitors can experience outdoor festivals, paddleboats and much more at Hawrelak Park. Plus, explore a steaming jungle, trek across the sun-baked desert, experience the changing seasons in the temperate forest and stroll through the scents of a floral paradise at the Muttart Conservatory.

The Edmonton River Valley provides runners with more than 160 kilometres of multi-use trails and is one of the largest urban park spaces in North America. A number of Edmonton attractions are situated in the River Valley area including Fort Edmonton Park and the Valley Zoo as well as annual riverfront festival like the Folk, Dragon Boat and Heritage Festivals.
