EDN Magazine Selects Cradle Technologies as Innovation Awards Finalist

SUNNYVALE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 9, 2006 -- Cradle Technologies, a leading provider of multi-core processors for multimedia processing applications, today announced that the company's CT3616 Multi-core DSP (MDSP) product was selected as a finalist in the Processor Category of EDN Magazine's 2005 Innovation of the Year Awards competition. Three selection criteria will be used to select the winner: Reader votes; the input and opinions of the EDN editorial staff; and the opinions of the Technical Advisory Board of EDN. Over the next few weeks, EDN readers will vote for the winners in each of the Innovation of the Year categories at www.edn.com/innovation. Winners will be announced at a ceremony held in San Jose, CA on April 3, 2006.
