EffTec International, Inc. Appoints New Vice President of Sales

Bill Lamb Joins the EffTec Team to Broaden the Scope of Sales Initiative

TULSA, OK--(Marketwire - January 11, 2011) - EffTec International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EFFI), provider of a leading HVAC water-cooled chiller optimization solution, is pleased to announce Mr. Bill Lamb as the Company's new Vice President of Sales. Mr. Lamb brings over 15 years of sales experience to EffTec, and has an extensive experience in international marketing and distribution. His primary role with the Company will be to identify and develop lasting and profitable sales and distribution channels, both domestically and internationally. Extreme focus will be placed on initiating networks in places such as Mexico, Canada and various countries in Europe. He will also use his expertise to build upon EffTec's existing relationships and distribution networks in both the United States and Australia.

Mr. Lamb is an extremely skilled and accomplished executive with a proven track record of identifying and developing new target markets and building corporate partnerships to take new products to market. Mr. Lamb spent a total of 8 years in sales and marketing for Zmed, Inc. He spent 4 years living abroad in Germany, Australia and Japan. At Zmed he developed and managed an International Distribution and Service Network in 40 countries. During his 4 year tenure at Zmed in the US, Mr. Lamb grew sales, on average, 70% per year and was heavily involved in the sale of Zmed to the largest company in its sector. Some other major accomplishments include taking a company's market share from 0 to 85% and developing an international distribution network that increased overall sales by 70% in two years. Most recently, Mr. Lamb served as Vice President of Global Distribution for a Northwest Technology company in Bainbridge, WA, where he identified and corrected deficiencies in the company's existing distribution division, and initiated their first sales in Asia while significantly expanding their presence in Latin America.
