EFT Canada Re-Files Interim Financial Statements

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 30, 2007) - EFT Canada Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EFT) wishes to announce the refiling of its interim financial statements and related certifications as a result of the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC) review of the Company's corporate disclosure pursuant to OSC staff Notice 51-703, Implementation of Reporting Issuer Continuous Disclosure Review Program, Corporate Finance Branch.

The review consists of an examination of the company's corporate disclosure, including in particular EFT Canada's comparative interim balance sheet. As a result of the review, EFT Canada has refiled its interim financial statements and certifications for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.

The refiling of the interim financial statements did not alter the financial results previously contained within the statements. The changes centred on CICA 1751.16 of the CICA Handbook which states that a Company's interim financial statements should also include a comparative balance sheet as of the end of the immediately preceding fiscal year. As per the requirement, EFT Canada has added, and therefore re-filed, the comparative balance sheet figures for the immediately preceding fiscal year of June 30, 2007.

Management of EFT Canada Inc. appreciates the OSC's work, and that the review has enabled the Company to better present to shareholders and the general public its ongoing financial disclosure.

The interim financial statements and certifications are available at www.sedar.com.
