Egenera Forges Strategic Alliance With Jardine OneSolution in Singapore

MARLBORO, MA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 17, 2007 --Egenera Inc., the data center virtualization company, today announced that it has entered into a strategic alliance with Jardine OneSolution (JOS), one of Asia's leading providers of integrated information technology solutions and services. JOS is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group, an Asian-based conglomerate with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific region, and has been a leading force in the IT industry for more than 50 years. Under the terms of the agreement, JOS will resell the full suite of Egenera® technologies to a broad customer base in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
