CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 9, 2016) - Eguana Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EGT)(OTCQB:EGTYF) (the "Company") announced today that K. Andrew Gustajtis has resigned from its board of directors. Mr. Gustajtis will remain a consultant to the company.
