eHydrogen Solutions, Inc. Anticipates New International Demand for Its Technology as EPA Declares Greenhouse Gases Threaten Human Health

RENO, NV--(Marketwire - December 14, 2009) - eHydrogen Solutions (PINKSHEETS: EHYD) anticipates growing international demand for its products and technologies as emission control regulations create worldwide demand for clean fuel technology.

eHydrogen Solutions' technology is installed as an add-on to diesel and gasoline engines and significantly reduces emissions while simultaneously reducing fuel consumption.

The Environmental Protection Agency said greenhouse gases are a danger to public health and welfare in a decision that could eventually lead to new emissions regulations. The so-called "endangerment finding" announced Monday by EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson is necessary to move ahead on new emission standards for cars, trucks and other transportation and construction vehicles; while potentially opening up large emitters such as power plants, crude-oil refineries and chemical plants to limits on their output of carbon dioxide and other gases.

Coupled with end-user incentives for the adoption of emission reducing technologies, these new restrictions will create a greater demand for eHydrogen Solutions' proprietary Hydrogen Injection, emission reduction technology. Electricity generation, transportation and industry represent the three largest sources of U.S. greenhouse-gas emissions.

About eHydrogen Solutions

Engineered Hydrogen Solutions (eHs) specializes in the development of on-demand hydrogen-generating technology designed to increase the efficiency of virtually any combustion process. The technology is based on a proprietary Hydrogen Injection system, in which hydrogen and oxygen are generated on-demand via electrolysis and then introduced into the combustion process. The 'fuel' for the technology is distilled water. Two key benefits of the eHS technology are significantly reduced fuel consumption and emissions.

eHs' proprietary hydrogen energy technology is available today to qualified partners in a wide variety of vertical and/or geographic markets worldwide, through joint development/adaptation, distribution and production agreements.
