Eight-Year-Old Singer Alexaundra Freeman to Perform Show in Mexico

Performance Takes Place on Thursday, December 3 at Hard Rock Riviera Maya Mexico

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwired - December 02, 2015) - Pint-sized pop star Alexaundra Freeman announced she will perform a concert at Hard Rock Riviera Maya in Mexico on Thursday, December 3.

The eight-year-old Freeman recently released her first EP, Kindergarten Wishes & First Grade Dreams, featuring original songs she wrote, sang and co-produced. She wrote the songs as a kindergartner and finished them in first grade.

"I can't wait to perform in Mexico!" said Freeman. "It's going to be a really neat chance for me to be around other performers and learn from them. I hope my songs inspire other kids to pursue their hopes and dreams."

Freeman will be opening for the evening's show at the Hard Rock Resort. Much of her music has been written about her own real-world experiences as a young child growing up in elementary school. The first song on her EP, called "Be Nice," is based on an experience she had with a bully at school. The song's message is to treat others with respect and kindness.

The EP also features songs like "School's In, Summer's Out," a fun way for Freeman to poke fun at the pains of going to school and the end of the summer using a pop-beat with kid-friendly lyrics. Another song, "Take Me to the Highway," is a fun song she wrote sitting at the piano and thinking about how much she loves music.

"Making music is so much fun, and I hope that people who come to see the show can see how much fun I'm having and how much I care about singing," said Freeman. "I hope to see a lot of people in the audience clapping along!"

Alexaundra Freeman's EP is available for download on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, I Heart Radio and various other platforms. She also has her own YouTube channel at To learn more about her and her music, visit and subscribe to her YouTube profile.
