EIT Inc. Announces Contract

Executes Distribution Agreement With TXP Corporation

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 5, 2007 -- Peter J. Lyons, President of EIT Inc., based in Sanford, Florida, a wholly owned subsidiary of Travana Networks Inc (FKA Mesa Resort Dev. Corp.) (PINKSHEETS: MRDV), announced today it has signed an agreement with TXP Corporation (OTCBB: TXPO) to sell TXP's iPhotonics family of Optical Network Terminal (ONT) products as well as its outside plant cabinet retrofit solutions.

"TXP is at the right place at the right time with its FTTH ONT product family, and its range of outside plant cabinet retrofit solutions present very compelling ways for ILECs to save considerable money as they revamp their local access infrastructures," stated Lyons.

EIT, who through multiple partner agreements with manufacturers of next generation broadband IP-based products, is positioning itself to be a "systems integrator" of next generation networks, and is expected to rapidly integrate TXP's products into their existing telecom portfolio, significantly expanding the range of access solutions offered for the last mile and customer premises.

Tim Adams, President of Travana Networks Inc, commented upon the development: "We are pleased to see this contract signed. It is just one more step forward in the process of positioning Travana for growth and further acquisition."
