EJustice Solutions Enhances Online Records Management With New Release

ANN ARBOR, MI--(Marketwire - December 15, 2010) - EJustice Solutions announces the release of their enhanced online services. This release enhancement advances our record management systems and jail management systems offering law enforcement agencies more features and functionality. The new release includes Officer Daily, Geo Mapping, Field Interviews, Reporting and more.

Officer Daily is used to log daily activities. This program enables the officer to record what equipment is being used, how much time is spent on each activity done in their shift and the ability to search and print activities. Officer Daily allows supervisors access to view all activities.

Geo Mapping allows you to select an area on a map and see the statistics of drug, person, property, vehicle and society. Geo Mapping identifies what locations need most coverage.

Field Interviews create any contacts outside of the incident reporting process. Interview information can stand alone, be associated to existing incidents, or used to start a new incident report. Field Interviews are mainly used to record activities that do not require a full written report.

Enhanced Reporting allows users to improve agency reporting with pie charts and bar graphs using statistical data and incident information.

EJustice Solutions has also released a Calls for Service program allowing a dispatcher to log incoming calls and assign them to an officer.

The jail management system is now interfaced with Indentix livescan allowing inmate finger print and mug shot information to be transferred to livescan.

These enhancements further demonstrate why EJustice Solutions continues to the leading internet hosted records management provider.
