VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 21, 2012) - El Tigre Silver Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ELS)(OTCQX:EGRTF)(FRANKFURT:5RT) ("El Tigre" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it will be applying to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to the extension of the expiry date of 10,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") issued on December 14, 2010 from December 14, 2012 to December 14, 2013. These Warrants were issued as part of a private placement transaction and are exercisable into 10,000,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.55 per share.
All other terms of the Warrants will remain the same.
