Eldorado Exploration, Inc. Announces Plans to Become a Fully Reporting Bulletin Board Trading Stock

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - March 25, 2008) - Eldorado Exploration (PINKSHEETS: EDEX), a California based Oil and Gas exploration company, announced today that in addition to filing the Company's 15c211 with the National Association of Securities Dealer (NASD), preparation has begun for its plan to become a fully reporting Bulletin Board trading stock. The required quarterly and annual reviews with independent accountants for years ended 2006 and 2007 have been started. The registration statements necessary to become a fully reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) will also be completed and submitted.
