ElectroBusiness Announces Name Change

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - May 1, 2007) - ElectroBusiness.com Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:EB) is pleased to announce that at the recent AGM, shareholders voted in favor of changing the corporate name from ElectroBusiness.com Inc. to Cortex Business Solutions Inc. In addition, the trading symbol will change from "EB" to "CBX". The necessary applications have been filed with the TSX Venture exchange and the company expects to be notified by the exchange shortly in regards to when the changes will take effect.

Shareholders have elected the following Board Members for the following year:

Keith Powell
Doron Cohen
Mark Ripplinger
Art Smith


Management and the Board of Directors would also like to recognize and thank Mr. Bob Ashauer for his dedicated service to the company. Mr. Ashauer decided not to stand for re-election at the recent AGM due to increased professional commitments and time constraints. Bob co-founded ElectroBusiness, served on the Board for over 7 years and provided the company with vision and experience throughout his tenure. Both Management and the Board of Directors would like to wish Bob all the best in his future endeavors.

Additional business from the formal Board of Directors meeting held after the AGM included the approval and issuance of a total of 2,600,000 options at a price of $.15 to certain members of the management team as well as Directors. The Board of Directors has determined that there are exemptions from TSX Venture Exchange policy 5.9 for the grant of the options to insiders.
