Electronic Publishing Services, Inc. Successfully Launches Its Form 13F Online Workstation

HOPKINTON, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 23, 2013) - Electronic Publishing Services, Inc. (EPS) has announced that its online filing workstation for Institutional Investment Managers who are required to file 13F-HR forms in accordance to Section 13(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 is an operational success.

In July of this year EDGAR Filing Agent, a division of EPS, implemented the SEC's new XML technical specification for Form 13F that was approved by the SEC earlier this year by creating a website for self-filers to easily file their 13F forms at www.form13f.com. James Plumb, President of EPS, said, "Our development goal was something simple that anyone could use to file without the added complexities of having to know XML. The user simply fills out a form and is able to upload their holdings in an Excel file."

When asked about the workability of the workstation, these investment managers had this to say:

"It has made filing so easy!!" Irene Brennan - Middleton & Company, Inc.

"I must admit that the first time I used Electronic Publishing Services' 13F Online Workstation in the new XML format I was a bit concerned with the process. After some much welcome assistance, I filed for the first time and thought 'how easy was that?'"

"I am thrilled with the how well the workstation works and even more importantly the amount of money I am able to save handling the process in-house." Kathie Mariano, Salzman & Co., Inc.

Features of Online Workstation

  • Simple, do-it-yourself method of filing your 13F forms.

  • Save forms for future re-use or amendment.

  • Easy upload of the 13F Information Table.

  • Test and live file your Form 13F with the SEC; receive and review filing notifications immediately.

The website contains a searchable, current and past, official list of Form 13F Securities.

The cost to file a Form 13F is $50 per filing per quarter when self-filed by the Investment Manager.

For those Investment Managers who do not want to use the workstation themselves, their 13F forms can be done by submitting their data in the same format they are used to, and their filings will be done by EPS for $125. (There is a one- time $25 set-up fee for the first filing.)
