Element 21 Golf Company to Launch Innovative Products at Leading Sportfishing Trade Show

TORONTO--(Marketwire - July 14, 2008) - Element 21 Golf Company (OTCBB: ETGF) (FRANKFURT: BJQ), the leading manufacturer of advanced Scandium Alloy golf and fishing equipment, announced today that it will launch innovative new fishing products at The International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trades (ICAST), the world's largest sportfishing trade show being held at the Las Vegas Convention Center from July 16-18th. The Company will launch new freshwater and saltwater fishing rods, tackle management products and apparel. The Event is the cornerstone of the sportfishing industry, helping to drive sportfishing companies' product sales year round. From buyers to media to exhibitors, ICAST annually attracts 7,000 members of the international sportfishing community.

"We look forward to launching new products using our proprietary technology which has further improved upon our industry-leading fishing rods," said Nataliya Hearn, President and CEO of Element 21. "Due to the overwhelming response our freshwater and saltwater rods have already received, we believe that our latest products will help build on our reputation for innovation. We also believe that our new apparel offerings will allow us to generate the same interest among fishermen that our fishing rods have."

The Company will be introducing the all new 21 Carrot Gold series which features 23 SKU's, some of which have been designed specifically for the Walleye fisherman. The line will offer 13 casting models and 10 spinning. The entire series has been developed around a brand new set of tapers with the blanks featuring the Company's second generation "Nano Bio-Fiber" technology. The new rods have replaced the standard tip top with a gold solid Tungsten Carbide ring silver soldered into the tip frame. These tip tops will not groove, crack or fall out.

The Company will also be introducing additional Fly rods featuring a new 12 weight Saltwater Fly rod designed to handle Sailfish and White Marlins. Forever Fly rods have had a reel seat and a grip mounted on a blank with the grip. These rods are perfectly balanced rods.

In Tackle Management E21 will be showing its new 32 rod, Rod Rack. The rack combines a rotationally molded base with an upper section made totally from 4 and 6lb. polyethylene foam. Straying from the typical wooden rod racks, the new rack can be assembled or taken down in less than five minutes, without the need for any type of tools. It can easily be moved from one location to another, a benefit for retailers who may want to efficiently reposition the products in their store. The base weighs about 8lbs., but if additional weight is required, water can be added to the base by way of a hole in the top of the base which has a removable cap. Water can be removed from the base by placing the hose from a wet/dry vacuum in the fill hole and removing the water. The rack is also a valuable unit for a fisherman who has an excess of rods and is in need of way to keep them organized.

Element 21 will also be entering the apparel market with its introduction of its Wind, Fire and Ice thermal rain gear which showcases the Company's new "CarroTex" insulation. "CarroTex" is ultra thin, only two mm's thick in Wind, Rain and Ice, but provides an insulation value equal to eight times that of conventional insulations such as Poly Fill or Thinsulate. "CarroTex" is composed of 90% air, making it a highly effective insulator and has the lowest thermal conductivity of any material known to man. "CarroTex" is 100% breathable, extremely strong and durable, supple, as well as 100% fire resistant and uses a person's body heat for warmth. In the same way it keeps heat in, it keeps cold out because of its low thermal conductivity creating kind of a greenhouse effect within the suit. Another feature of "CarroTex" is that it does not lose insulation value in compression as do other insulations such as Thinsulate and Poly Fill. You can sit on an ice cold rock, lean up against a snow covered tree and never notice a thing.

The Company's products will be on display at Booth # 2035.
