About Clubhouse Golf

The "Clubhouse Radio Show," hosted by Brian Crowell PGA Head Professional at Leewood CC in Eastchester, NY, will broadcast to the heart of the US financial community with NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE all located in New York City. The show will provide excellent exposure for the company's metal alloy technology platform, and the competitive advantages of the E21 golf equipment over all other materials used in golf today. Industry statistics show that over 60% of all golfers are over 45 years of age and have an annual income in excess of $150,000.00 and the "Clubhouse Radio Show's" drive time audience falls into this category.

Brian is a respected professional golfer, whose opinion is valued among his prime time audience of 11,000,000 avid golfers and club builders in the North and Central East Coast of the US. The radio show partnership will also give E21 excellent exposure to key PGA Golf Professionals in the New York area who make buying decisions at many of the area's exclusive golf facilities.

"Our golf equipment is best presented in an interactive format where there is a question and answer period with listeners calling into the show," stated Jim Morin, Vice President E21. The show will have multiple "call in" and "live" appearance options for E21 invited guests, professional PGA players, professional club builders, industry insiders and executives, PGA tour representatives and E21 management to answer golf equipment and company-related questions.

E21 will receive 30-45 second commercial spots and "Presenting Sponsor" status for the show's weekly results update entitled: "The Clubhouse Report." E21 will also receive representation at outside tournament events where "Clubhouse Radio" broadcasts live from tournament sites.

Being a PGA professional, Brian Crowell decided to try the clubs himself before committing to the sponsorship deal. After reviewing the E21 products and hearing about the properties of the patented Scandium material, and E21's patented ShockBlok™, Brian tested the clubs and stated that with the E21 clubs his shot pattern was tighter and the distances achieved with several different irons were above his normal average distances when hitting his personal clubs. Coming off of a recent wrist injury Brian was especially impressed with the SHOCKBLOK™ technology built into every E21 golf shaft. Hitting over 50 balls in the intense heat Brian said that his wrist did not feel any pain whatsoever.

"We are very excited about the opportunity to reach so many of New York's affluent golfers through the 'Clubhouse Radio Show'," stated Jack Curry, E21's V.P. of Sales. "Brian has a weekly listening audience of nearly 11,000,000 avid golfers and the AM radio forum gives us an opportunity to respond to listeners' questions about the sophisticated material and design technology that goes into each of our scandium golf products."

Nataliya Hearn, PhD., P.E., President and CEO, added, "Getting exposure in the city of New York and the financial capital of the world at the same time is an enormous event for Element 21 Golf Company and for all of our shareholders."
