The new Customer Service Center provides capacity for forty customer service representatives to support the company's growing customer base while also improving efficiency and service levels to customers. The teams sharing the new facility are Technical Support, Specifications and Project Support, and Customer Service. The company has experienced unprecedented activity supporting configured solutions, which requires the sharing of information with customers for project configuration, technical specifications, layout and design support.
