Elemica Adds Top Executive to Lead North American Sales

Roger has over 30 years of experience in sales and management, with demonstrated success in cloud and on-premise supply chain software solutions for large enterprises. His experience includes a combined 12+ years at Oracle, and most recently Infor.

As Vice President of North American Sales, Roger Ciarleglio will be based in Elemica's Corporate Headquarters outside Philadelphia, PA. Prior to Elemica, Ciarleglio was Vice President Industrial Manufacturing Accounts for Infor Global Solutions, where he was responsible for all accounts in the industrial manufacturing sector. Before that, he was a Regional Director at Oracle where he managed the Mid-Atlantic Business for Applications in the Software Group, which sold to named major accounts. He also worked in various management-level roles for Invio Software and Vitria Technology, selling solutions for business process management, business intelligence and analytics. He graduated from the University of New Haven with a BS in Marketing.
