Elephant Talk Communications Signs Agreement With CLUB MOBIEL

SCHIPOL, THE NETHERLANDS--(Marketwire - December 22, 2010) - Elephant Talk Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: ETAK) (www.elephanttalk.com), an international provider of business software and services to the telecommunications and financial services industry, has signed an agreement with CLUB MOBIEL to provide Dutch soccer fans with mobile ticketing and loyalty programs, club news, social networking and various other services. The partnership will help build the brands of the Dutch Eredivisie (Major Soccer) League Teams, CLUB MOBIEL subscriber base and Elephant Talk while enhancing a sense of community among the fans of the soccer league.

CLUB MOBIEL, which has served the Eredivisie League since 2007, plans to launch the first Eredivisie soccer clubs on Elephant Talk's mobile platform later this month and will incorporate the combined Elephant Talk platform and T-Mobile's radio access network as an enhanced service to fans.

CLUB MOBIEL will deploy the integrated capabilities of the Elephant Talk's Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) platform to fans of teams such as FEYENOORD ROTTERDAM, PSV EINDHOVEN, NAC BREDA, N.E.C. NIJMEGEN, FC GRONINGEN, VITESSE ARNHEM, FC UTRECHT and others.
