Elevation Worship Releases Newest Album, Here As In Heaven

Debuts at No. 1 on Billboard Top Christian Albums Chart / No. 10 on Overall Top Album Sales

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - Feb 18, 2016) - After months of anticipation, Elevation Worship released their latest full-length album, Here As In Heaven, on Feb. 5. The album quickly climbed the Billboard charts, reaching the No. 1 spot on Top Christian Albums, No. 10 on overall Top Album Sales and No. 15 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. Here As In Heaven also debuted at No. 1 on the iTunes Christian and Gospel chart, and No. 2 on the iTunes overall Top Albums chart.

This new live album, recorded in July of 2015 in front of a maximum-capacity crowd at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC, is a collection of 12 of Elevation Worship's strongest and most accessible corporate worship songs to date. Filled with stirring anthems and shouts of praise, these songs not only celebrate the truth that God's presence is available to His people, they also serve as a call to action to build the kingdom of God here on earth.

Here As In Heaven, now available in stores and on iTunes, features standout tracks including, "Resurrecting" and "O Come to the Altar." In addition to its 12 songs, Here As In Heaven also includes "Evidence," an inspirational preaching track from Steven Furtick, lead Pastor of Elevation Church, as well as a radio version of "O Come To The Altar," set to begin vying for adds at radio on Feb. 26.

"The atmosphere changes when we encounter God. There is power in the presence of Jesus, and He has made that power available to us, His church, in every moment and every situation; here as in Heaven," says Wade Joye, Worship Pastor at Elevation Church. "These songs inspire us to worship with a new sense of expectation and purpose, and to let our lives be the evidence of His presence on earth."

Elevation Worship has become an influential voice in churches around the world with CCLI charting songs such as "Only King Forever," "Give Me Faith," and "Unstoppable God." This record follows the acclaimed Wake Up The Wonder album, which also debuted as the No. 1 Christian album on Billboard in 2014.

Elevation Worship will be participating in the multi-city 2016 Outcry Tour this year, alongside several other major Christian bands and artists including Jesus Culture, Kari Jobe, Hillsong Worship, and more. Tickets and locations are now available online at www.outcrytour.com.
