Elite Experts Management Group Expands to Central Valley, California

Market Managers, Edgar Hernandez and Gladys Gonzalez, will be heading up the move for Elite Experts Management Group by building teams to run direct marketing campaigns centered around in-store branding and customer acquisitions.

Market Managers, Hernandez and Gonzalez, have big goals for the Central Valley office including the promotion of a new Market Manager for the California territory by June 2016. To meet this goal, Gonzalez will be running an in-house management training program to teach, train, and develop leaders from within Elite Experts Management Group. The program focuses on areas such as business management, teambuilding, sales and marketing strategy, as well as communications to train employees to leadership from the ground up. Having started in the company as an entry level employee, Gonzalez believes that the best managers are true leaders with personal experience to back up their authority.
