Elite Media Communications Heating Up the Summer

WAUWATOSA, WI--(Marketwired - Jul 25, 2016) - Elite Media Communications doesn't look like it's slowing down any time in the foreseeable future. Today the company officially promoted Dan Carr II to assistant manager. Carr is the fourth person Elite Media has promoted to a management position this year. Michael Shields was the last manager promoted this year to the assistant director position in April. Elite Media has a very simple goal, and that's to help as many qualified candidates that bring value to the company, assist them in achieving their goals. Prior to Carr joining the organization he had over a decade of experience managing as many as 50 employees at a time with AT&T. Carr managed in both the St. Louis, Missouri and Tampa, Florida, markets but decided to relocate back to Milwaukee after the third party vendor he was employed by decided to close its doors for business. He didn't get discouraged; instead he did his research and decided to join Elite Media known for being one of the best marketing/sales firms in the mid west from an integrity and growth perspective. Ultimately Carr chose Elite Media because of a quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson. "Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path, and leave a trail."

From a statistical analysis, Elite Media is no doubt having its best year. The second quarter of this year so far has been the best quarter the company has ever had in its six-year existence. What's even more impressive is last week, Elite Media had its best week ever breaking a sales record previously set in 2012. With our nations economy still being in the tail end of a recession, it's becoming very difficult for small businesses to survive, let alone hit their peaks. How is this possible? The answer is simple. Elite Media partners with the number one telecommunications company in the world as its main client, and are able to market in the largest retailers on the planet. When you market/advertise a great television and internet product in high foot traffic retail locations, have a very motivated staff, and offer great products at a discounted rate along with giving incentives to the customer; it's a no brainer. The main objective in 2016 has been expansion in to more stores and more territories nation wide. At the present time company President and CEO Leigh Jackson feels as if those goals are being met. Due to high demand in May, Elite Media expanded in to the Kenosha/Racine area as a test. The results were very impressive and the company has expanded in to three more retail locations since then.

So what does the rest of this year look like? According to Jackson he plans to promote Carr to management in September to manage the Kenosha/Racine territory, and Antioch, Illinois. Carr feels what's attributed to his success has been his tenacity, and how "tenacity beats the impossible every day of the week." Albert Einstein is an influential figure Carr studies. Like Einstein Carr also feels as "it's not that I am so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer (Albert Einstein)." To round the year off, Jackson plans on promoting two more individuals in to management before the close of the year. With the fourth quarter right around the corner, which tends to be the best part of the year, Jackson plans on raising the standards and re-setting his goals. "The rest of this year will be extremely bright, as well as the future," said Jackson.
