ELMIRA, NY--(Marketwired - Apr 23, 2014) -  Elmira Savings Bank (NASDAQ: ESBK) announced following its 2014 Annual Meeting that Anthony J. Cooper retired from the Board of Directors. Mr. Cooper served 22 years on the Bank's Board of Directors.
