Eloqua Appoints Karen Pisha Senior Vice President of Professional Services

Pisha to Ensure Eloqua Clients Drive Top Line Growth for Their Organizations

VIENNA, VA--(Marketwire - September 22, 2010) -  Eloqua, the leader in marketing automation solutions that dramatically accelerate revenue growth, today announced the hiring of Karen Pisha as Senior Vice President of Professional Services. Ms. Pisha will be responsible for leading Eloqua's professional services team, which individually guides each Eloqua client throughout his or her journey to success.

Ms. Pisha will focus on expanding Eloqua's global service delivery team and leading the company's partner enablement team. For organizations to drive increased revenue, marketing and sales need to align and share the ultimate goal of optimizing the revenue engine. Ms. Pisha and her team will ensure Eloqua's clients enjoy best-in-class support as they contribute to their organizations' top line growth.

Ms. Pisha arrives at Eloqua with more than two decades of leadership experience from several fast-growing software companies. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Global Professional Services for ServiceMax, where she built and oversaw the company's global services organization. Prior to ServiceMax, Ms. Pisha was the Vice President of Professional Services at SuccessFactors where she helped grow the global services team from 9 to 109 in less than three years. She also spent nine years at PeopleSoft and held the position of Vice President of Consulting as well as other leadership roles. Ms. Pisha attended Central Michigan University where she majored in Business Administration and Marketing.
