Eloqua First Marketing Automation Provider to Earn TRUSTe Certification

Company Becomes TRUSTe Sealholder for Commitment to Consumer Privacy Protection

VIENNA, VA and SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - June 15, 2009) - Eloqua today announced that it has been certified to display the TRUSTe Privacy Seal as a demonstration of its commitment to consumer privacy and trust online. The designation makes Eloqua the first and only marketing automation company to have achieved the high-level standard based on the rigorous TRUSTe certification process and compliance with ongoing oversight and TRUSTe's consumer dispute resolution process.

In addition to the TRUSTe Web Privacy Seal, Eloqua also is certified to display the TRUSTe EU Safe Harbor Seal, which ensures that companies doing business in Europe comply with the Safe Harbor Program, a framework created by U.S. and European parties to avoid trade disputes resulting from international privacy laws.

Recently, Eloqua achieved another important benchmark in quality control and security with a SAS 70 audit of its flagship Eloqua Conversion Suite, making Eloqua the first marketing automation provider to have a SAS 70 audited software platform hosted in a SAS 70 audited facility. The standard helps companies identify organizations that comply with defined business processes and audit standards.
