Company Reduces Authorized Shares by 1.5 Billion

(PINKSHEETS: EYSM) an emerging leader in the Local Business Search Market , today announced that it has completed its name change from Elysium Internet, Inc. to TheDirectory.com, Inc. and authorized share reduction with the state of Utah.
