NICOSIA, CYPRUS--(Marketwired - Nov 6, 2014) - EMED Mining Public Limited (TSX: EMD) (AIM: EMED) -- The Company has been notified that Trafigura Beheer B.V. ("Trafigura") has, through its wholly owned indirect subsidiary Urion Holdings (Malta) Limited ("Urion"), acquired 19,565,000 ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of EMED on 3 November 2014. Trafigura now exercises control or direction over an aggregate of 278,594,997 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 19.35% of the outstanding Ordinary Shares.
