Emerging Capital Limited Bets on Biomass With Investment in Synthetic Fuel Prototype

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - May 19, 2015) - Emerging Capital Limited (NSX : ECI), which acts as an incubator for small to medium sized enterprises ("SME's"), is pleased to announce that it will invest in project NERONE, which seeks to harvest synthetic fuel with a launch in Europe expected to garner $8-10million Euros in the first year of operations.

Project NERONE has set forth initiatives toward an enhanced 200 KW prototype capable of processing different types of plants and organic wastes into synthetic fuel for small power plants at a price per plant of 30-40% less than competition currently provides. NERONE will build out a commercial plant capable of generating 1 MW of electricity for testing and operating toward overall viability.

Currently the NERONE team has completed analysis of engineering structures and processes using 3D modeling and design for the pyrogasification reactor with orders in for the initial prototype. As well, engineers have initiated programming for control software toward expediting development of the biomass gasifier.

The prototype is expected to complete in the next 6-8 months with combustion and production trials to be performed in 2016 toward commercial penetration of the European market within the next 18 months.

Emerging Capital Limited is an incubator for small to medium sized enterprises ("SME's") who would otherwise have no opportunity to raise funds or be exposed to international opportunities. Emerging Capital's clients gain access to the stock markets, to private equity funds, hedge funds, as well as private sophisticated investors, allowing clients the ability to choose the most suited funding option for their business.
