eMotion Announces the Availability of Two New Modules in Its Marketing Automation Suite

"Presentation Builder" and "Logo Dispenser" Join the Existing Lineup of Powerful Extensions to eMotion's Hosted DAM Platform

San Francisco, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 9, 2005 -- eMotion, Inc, the leading provider of hosted digital asset management (DAM) for corporate marketing, announced today the release of two more extension modules in its Marketing Automation Suite.

eMotion's hosted DAM platform provides organizations with the ability to efficiently manage digital media assets -- the building blocks of branding and marketing -- and to distribute them within the organization and around the globe. These two new Extension Modules, Presentation Builder and Logo Dispenser, are part of eMotion's lineup of optional extension modules which extend the functionality of the eMotion's hosted DAM into a full Marketing Automation Suite.

"Many of today's leading brands rely on eMotion's hosted technology platform to manage and distribute marketing materials across dispersed offices, sales teams and vendors," said Richard Fisher, CEO of eMotion. "These two new modules are part of our commitment to our customers to continue to expand the ways in which we bring efficiencies to every aspect of a marketing operation. We now have seven extension modules in the eMotion Marketing Automation Suite, with five more due to be available by the end of this year."

"Our clients have a tremendous investment in the digital media assets and marketing content currently stored in their eMotion implementations," said Jon Schupp, senior vice president, Sales and Client Services at eMotion. "Presentation Builder and Logo Dispenser are two new ways that we help customers to realize the full value of that investment, and increase the number of ways that our customers can enable 'self-service' solutions within their organization -- reducing administrative overhead while still maintaining usage control."

Presentation Builder enables eMotion customers to more easily share PowerPoint® presentations through their organization, while ensuring their consistency. "The fact is that PowerPoint is the most prolific publishing platform in most companies today," says Fisher, "and so managing the way in which those PowerPoint presentations are created is a crucial part of any company's corporate communications strategy. We've designed Presentation Builder to give our customers better control over consistency, while gaining efficiency by providing better sharing (and less duplication of effort) between departments." Presentation Builder is available to current eMotion customers, and is seamlessly integrated into the eMotion hosted platform for digital asset management.

Logo Dispenser has an interactive, rules-based interface, which enables users anywhere to get the exact right logo, in the exact right form -- a crucial element to self-service applications such as marketing extranets. "Nothing is more fundamental to a company's brand than their logos," says Schupp, "and nothing makes a brand manager cringe like seeing a logo used incorrectly or converted poorly. We've designed the eMotion Logo Dispenser module to give our customers the ability to provide a controlled, self-service application for their users around the world to get logos in exactly the right form for any particular use." eMotion's Logo Dispenser is available immediately as an optional module for the eMotion hosted platform for digital asset management.

Presentation Builder and Logo Dispenser are available immediately.
