Emperial Americas Distinguido Indy Lights Car to Race at 96th Running of the Indianapolis 500

SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire - May 21, 2012) - Emperial Americas, Inc. (a Florida Corporation) (OTCBB: TEXX) today announced its agreement with Hillenburg Motorsports for an Indy Lights sponsorship, which is a developmental automobile racing series sanctioned by IndyCar.

Emperial Americas CEO Alonzo Pierce made the announcement today and said, "This type of sponsorship is the basis of our first year marketing efforts which has allowed us to reach out and touch our consumers at major sporting events throughout the USA. Tequila Distinguido will get tremendous exposure on NBC Sports Network and Versus Network weekly through their race coverages especially during the Indianapolis 500 (the Super Bowl of auto racing) coming up on May 27th which is the 96th running of the race. Distinguido will join a limited list of alcoholic beverage brands as sponsors at this year's event, which includes VIP sampling of the brand with International race spectators."

The highlight race of the Indy Lights schedule will be televised and/or streamed live on IndyCar.com and on Versus at least 13 races per season.
