SARASOTA, FL--(Marketwire - Jul 20, 2012) - Emperial Americas, Inc. (OTCBB: TEXX) today announced a joint operating strategy with Imperial Beverage Group, LLC that will be a result of the consummation of the planned acquisition announced yesterday.

Imperial Beverage Group, LLC President Schnell Blanton said, "We are extremely pleased that we will be joining forces with Emperial Americas, as there are so many natural synergies for both companies. Pierce also disclosed, "Ms. Blanton and I are in the process of forming a high level advisory board of known liquor industry veterans and financially bankable individuals who have been successful developing and to help guide the companies through this transaction and into the future."
