Phil Odence Will Discuss VoIP in the Contact Center at IP Communications Industry Event

His session, titled "Planning Ahead for Optimal Contact Center Deployment," will take place on Tuesday, September 16th, from 2:45-3:30 p.m. PDT at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
