Phil Odence Will Discuss VoIP in the Contact Center at IP Communications Industry Event

business unit, will present at TMC's INTERNET TELEPHONY® Conference &
EXPO West 2008. His session, titled "Planning Ahead for Optimal Contact
Center Deployment," will take place on Tuesday, September 16th, from
2:45-3:30 p.m. PDT at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
